David Aman now handles a team of real estate sales agent to provide quality service for buyers and assist people selling their properties.
Also handles on selling resorts and raw lands on the provinces like Palawan,Boracay,Bulacan,Pampanga etc. David Aman also sells Buildings and Office Spaces for large companies looking to start their operations here in the Philippines.
Graduated at Mapua Institute of Technology batch 2011 with a bachelors degree of BS Computer Science. Has been on the IT industry for about 8 years. Creating web and mobile applications. Started working as a real estate agent in the year 2013. Specializing with houses and properties in Antipolo Area. Focusing on projects of Grandmonaco and resale properties within Marikina, Antipolo, Quezon and Makati City. Sold resale and project selling properties within the past year. Passed the real estate broker exam last May 2015.
Alex Punsalan
Migrated to the United States in 1988 as a sophomore majoring in Mechanical Engineering, my fascination with computers swayed me to pursue a career in Computer Science. I started working as a Technical Support person in 1992 building my 20 years experience as an IT Professional specializing in Project Management, Technical Support/ Software Development/ Releases, Infrastructure/ Data Center Build and Deployment for fortune 500 companies in the Silicon Valley. I started to develop an interest in Real Estate in 2005, due to the overwhelming demand in the Silicon Valley and decided to obtain my license in California. I joined a team of agents that sold out developments for Ocassio, Trump Las Vegas, Pulte Homes, Centex to name a few. In 2008 we opened a Real Estate Brokerage in the Philippines, started to build a team of agents and sold multiple residential and commercial properties for big developers. We trained local agents on how to sell to foreigners, retirees and local investors. With the high projected number of retirees and Technology companies going to Asia we started learning how to start our own real estate developments by forming joint ventures, building relationships and hiring professional analyst to create our own Master planned IT Park and development. While I enjoeyd my career in IT and Real Estate, I’ve decided to join a great team to start Real Estate Development Company and be a game changer in the Emerging Real Estate Market.
Alexis Joaquis
Graduated at Divine World College Philippines with BS Degree in Commerce of Management in 1994. I migrated in the US with my family that same year. I worked at a semiconductor company as a wafer fabrication specialist and got promoted as a Maintenance Technician two years after. To better myself and be more competitive in Silicon Valley, I went back to school and completed my AS degree in Computer Technology and Cisco Certified Network Associate in 2000. After graduating. I landed a job as a Data Communications Technician at AT and T for 4 years then Cisco System as a Proof of Concept Network Administrator for 2 years. In 2006, I saw a great oppurtunity in real estate and went to training. I got my RE license and began to sell real estate. On my first 3 months, I was able to build a team of 30 agents. With proper training and great marketing strategies, we were able to sell multiple properties with builders such as Allure and Trump towers in Las Vegas. Six months after, I was promoted as a Marketing Director. During the down market in the US, we saw a growing RE development in the Philippines. We started our own brokerage and marketing group and partnered with G2 global marketing in the Philippines in 2010. We sold multiple residential and commercial properties with diffrent development companies. Because of reverse migration and outsourcing, real estate development and BPO is growing rapidly in the Philippines. So with my strong IT, Network infrastructure, telecommunications background and experience in Real Estate and Network Marketing, I am seeking a new challenge and partnered with a great team to form Altamont Inc.
